The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 77 of 2015/ 370 of 2015 arising out of Belagang P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Gaya. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 18.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55276 of 2015 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.782 of 2017 (2) dt.18-01-2017 petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
