JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for restoration of M.A.No. 184 of 2006 which stood dismissed for non-prosecution but the petitioner was never informed. Later on petitioner gathered knowledge, took proper steps and filed this application and an application has been filed for condoning the delay vide I.A.No. 5194 of 2008 giving explanation for the same. In such view of the matter, explanation mentioned in the I.A. petition, is accepted and the delay in filing application is condoned.

The Court is satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the restoration petition. Accordingly, it is allowed and M.A.No. 184 of 2006 is restored to its original file. Jay/- (Shivaji Pandey, J) U
