The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. .

Petitioner was apprehended and from his possession country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 10.08.2014. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months and he has got no criminal antecedent. After being arrested in the case petitioner was remanded in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
