Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case and, again, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner on the ground mentioned in the order dated 16.6.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 1195/2014 and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Halsi P.S. Case no. 25/2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 711/2013 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge II, Lakhisarai stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. Let a copy of this order be sent to Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai with direction to him to ensure presence of prosecution witnesses of the aforesaid case before trial court without any delay. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
