The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a woman and is a person with clean antecedent and it is alleged that petitioner was appointed as a Teacher based on a forged mark-sheet.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted that had the certificate been forged, then definitely petitioner in terms of the liberty granted by the High Court would have resigned from the job, but since petitioner is

It is further submitted that petitioner has been suspended. It is also submitted that no opportunity was given to the petitioner before instituting the present F.I.R. seeking her explanation with regard to the bonafides/genuineness of her mark-sheet.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Birpur P. S. Case No.159 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.
