JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 In view of the notification contained in Memo No. 972 dated 19.05.2015 which provides for creation of Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar for redressal of her grievance and if the petitioner files representation before the Pradhikar along with a copy of this order the Pradhikar will take appropriate decision in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order .
