2. The present application was filed on 09.01.2019 and now six years have already lapsed. Moreover, there is no representation on the part of the petitioner and, as such, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to continue with this transfer petition after lapse of six years.

3. In view thereof, the present application stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
