Petitioners are named in the first information report only on the basis of suspicion and according to prosecution case itself, it was co-accused, Alok Yadav @ Prem Lal Yadav, who took the victims of the present case from their home. Moreover, it appears that investigation against petitioners, has already been completed and having similar allegation, Sunil Mandal and two others have been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Basnahi P.S.
