The petitioner is in custody in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2019, for the offence under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.11.2019. He further submits that in the instant case total 45 litres of country made liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.11.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
