No doubt, the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute but there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he opened fire causing firearm injury on the back of injured. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2013 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger stands rejected.
