JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2018 The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, seeks grant of benefits of 2nd and 3rd A.C.P. under the M.A.C.P. Rules, 2010 w.e.f. 28.04.2001 and 28.04.2011 when he is said to have completed 20 years and 30 years of service respectively. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file a detailed representation regarding the aforesaid grievance before the respondent no. 2.

The petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 2 within four weeks from today and the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the matter by a reasoned and speaking order

Patna High Court CWJC No.486 of 2018 (2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks thereafter. In case, it is found that the petitioner is entitled to the said A.C.P., the consequential benefits would be given to him within a period of six weeks from the date of passing of the order by the competent authority. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
