2. The present writ petition has been filled for direction to the respondent authority to appoint petitioner as Anganwari Sevika in place of Private Respondent No. 6 as the appointment of Private Respondent No. 6 has been wrongly done.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that petitioner has directly moved before this Hon'ble Court for redressal of her grievances but she has not exhausted her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for

Patna High Court CWJC No.16455 of 2018(2) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahiyka if cause of action still survives. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
