The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 504, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 31.07.2018. He further submits that initially Complaint Case No. 763 of 2016 was filed by the informant thereafter on transfer it was registered as Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017. Allegation in the instant case is taking money and refusing transfer of land. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other accused namely Arun Kumar Sinha have been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3331 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 67810 of 2018 vide order dated 14.12.2018. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017, G.R. No. 536 of 2017.
