The petitioner seeks bail in Rail Patna Son Nagar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner was apprehended with stolen mobile. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 30.10.2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rail
