The petitioner seeks bail in Motipur P.S. Case No. 344 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is alleged to have fired.
It is submitted that the petitioner is brother of the husband of the informant. The doctor found the injury simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail since 27.10.2014. He has already remained in custody for more than six months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case no. 344 of 2014.
