Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 433 of 2018 (arising out of Digha P.S. Case No. 370 of 2017) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is of committing murder of brother in law of informant by firing upon his neck. Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
