JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-08-2015 Petitioner was working as a daily wager. He was disengaged and thereafter it is his case that he was suffering from Tuberculosis and under treatment for a long period of time. When he gave his joining it was not accepted, therefore, he wants a direction to allow him to work. Petitioner absented for more than 11 years on the purported ground of ailment of tuberculosis. It is a kind of voluntary abandonment of service. No direction for joining is required to be issued.
Writ application is dismissed.
