JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is languishing in jail since 06.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the niece of the informant after 6-7 years of the marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the bonafide of the accused persons is apparent as the husband of the victim informed the informant's family about the death of the victim as the victim was suffering from serious ailment. The petitioner claims to be separate from the husband of the victim. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11096 of 2015 (2) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM, 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2014.
