The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 501 of 2015 registered under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of 225 liters of country-made liquor from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
