JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-10-2024 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.07.2023, passed in CWJC No.7648 of 2023, the Cirlce Officer, Nanpur, District-Sitamarhi has already passed the final order dated 09.08.2024 and 19.08.2024 in connection with Encroachment Case No.2 of 2020-21 and Encroachment Case No.4 of 2021-2022, respectively.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to take recourse to the due process of law for enforcement of the aforesaid orders dated 09.08.2024 and 19.08.2024, passed by the Circle Officer, Nanpur, District-Sitamarhi, in case the same

Patna High Court MJC No.174 of 2024(3) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 have not been enforced. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present petition stands disposed off.
