JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Admittedly, neither petitioner was caught at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that except a case for the offence under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code there is no any other criminal antecedent against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with
