Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused and except confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 28.10.2015. Taking note of the aforesaid submissions as well as facts and circumstances of the case and also keeping in mind that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in RPF Post Bhagalpur Case no. 04/2013.
