The petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of robbing truck loaded with Horlicks. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation.

Statements have been made in para 7 and 9 of the petition that neither the petitioner has been put on TIP nor any recovery has been made from the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
