Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.110 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that neither any injury has been mentioned in the F.I.R. nor any specific

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13283 of 2021(2) dt.21-01-2022 2/2 allegation is made against these petitioners. The brother of petitioner no.3 earlier filed a criminal case being Sarmera P.S. Case No.117 of 2019 against the present informant and his family members.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.110 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
