The petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, co-accused and the petitioner were arrested and made their confessional statements. It would further appear that prior to institution of the present case, three cases have been registered against the petitioner in the year, 2012 but after remand in the present case, the petitioner was remanded in four other cases.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16152 of 2015 (3) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 330 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran.
