JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-04-2018 Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing the State, in the nature of the submissions of learned counsel, this court finds that like any other citizen of the country this petitioner would also be entitled to get protection from the administration if he has got real threat to his life from any antisocial element.

So far as the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents are concerned, that would be an independent matter which this court would not be examining in the present jurisdiction, however S.H.O., Shakurabad Police Station, Jehanabad is directed to find out as to whether this petitioner has

WJC No.2332 of 2017 dt.27-04-2018 got any threat to his life through any person including the private respondents and in case it is found that this petitioner has genuine reason to believe or the threat perception, it will be the duty of the Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad, Officer-InCharge as well as S.H.O., Shakurabad Police Station, Jehanabad to take all such measures which are required in accordance with law to protect the life of the petitioner.

This writ application is disposed off with the aforesaid directions.
