2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 256 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 331(4), 305(a) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per allegation, theft took place in the houses of Baidyanath Jha, Madan Jha and Ram Ramshobhit Jha. When informant's uncle's son Manish Jha reached there, he informed that a ring, earring, gold mangalsutra and Rs.30,000/- are missing from his almirah.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3628 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from their possession and co-accused Ajay Sahni, from whose possession, the names of the petitioners have figured, has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 2732 of 2025. The petitioners are under custody since 10.08.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Gaya in connection with learned A.C.J.M. I, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 256 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
