Call for report has been received from which it reveals that in this case charges have already been framed and out of eight witnesses one witness has already been examined and the trial is in progress.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to renew prayer for bail which has already been rejected by order dated 20.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 27065 of 2014 on the ground of custody and further submitting that the trial is not likely to be concluded in near future, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes. As the trial is in progress and as such finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9640 of 2015 (3) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 again prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 47 of 2014 pending in the court of C.J.M. Purnea with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months.
