In the present case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a doctor, posted at Munger for last 19 years, praying for her transfer from Munger to Patna on the health ground. He further submits that the petitioner has filed a representation before the respondent no.2, the Principal Secretary, Personnel and General Administrative Department which is pending till date.

In view of the above, this Court directs the Authority concerned to consider the representation filed by the petitioner and take a decision in accordance with law.
