Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Saharsa P.S. Case No.1131 of 2018 registered under Sections 7 of the E.C. Act. The informant, Block Supply Officer, Mahishi, intercepted a vehicle from which 22 bags of rice was seized. The occupants of the vehicle managed to flee away. During the course of investigation, the name of the petitioner transpired. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an agriculturist. Petitioner is not the driver nor the owner of the vehicle. There is no materials to show that the petitioner was carrying the food grains. There is no control order for carrying food grains from one place to another. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let petitioner, above
