JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of informant is languishing in custody since 04.11.2015 in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the IPC. The basic accusation is of torture.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after 13 years of the marriage the accusation has been made. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Madhukar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 256 of 2015.
