JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 16.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 380, 364, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that he persuaded the informant's son to go to Punjab and on the persuasion of the petitioner and other F.I.R. named accused, the informant's son went to Punjab but never returned. It appears from the first information report that the present case was lodged after two years of the alleged occurrence and moreover, investigation of this case has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6390 of 2015 (2) dt.18-02-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Kumar Gunjan, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 277 of 2013.
