This revision application has been filed for setting aside the judgment dated 31.10.2015 passed by the Sessions Judge, Samastipur in Criminal Appeal No.66 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 27.8.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Samastipur, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Juvenile Inquiry No.1165 of 2015 (Rosera P.S. case No.145 of 2015).

In view of the nature of evidence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner.

The application stands rejected.
