JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For quashing the order dated 08.06.2020 issued by respondent District Programme Officer, Samastipur in Anganwari Appeal Case no. 01/03 of 2019 whereby he has set aside the order contained in Memo no. 466 dated 13.09.2019 passed by Respondent C.D.P.O.,

Patna High Court CWJC No.2429 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/3 whereby selection of the petitioner for the post of Anganwari Sewika of Center no. 154 under Bhadaiya Gram Panchayat has been set aside.

(ii) For further to quash the order dated 06.05.2023 passed by respondent Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga Division, Darbhanga in Anganwari Revision Case No.

11 of 2020, whereby he has recalled his earlier order dated 02.07.2022 and has affirmed the order passed by Respondent District Programme Officer, cancelling selection of the petitioner for the post of Anganwari Sewika.

iii) For further direction upon the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioner upon her post for which order was passed by respondent C.D.P.O. vide order contained in Memo No.466 dated 13.09.2019."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned civil court of competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought,
