Detailed consideration of the order of rejection, passed by Sessions Judge itself gives away the role played by the petitioner. It is a serious issue, causing burn injury to the newly married wife. The injury manifest from the detailed consideration and description given in the order, passed by the learned Sessions Judge. This is a good enough ground not to extend privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above-named, is rejected in connection with Bajpatti P.
