Petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences under section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are named in the first information report on the basis of the information given by witnesses Ashok Paswan and Chandradeo Paswan who claimed that they had seen the petitioners fleeing from the field of sugar cane from where the dead body of the deceased was recovered and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners. Previous enmity between the petitioners and the informant is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions, petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur P.S.
