The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kesaria P.S.Case No.436 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, deceased entered inside the house of Shiv Pujan Paswan with an intention for doing wrong with the daughter of Shiv Mangal Paswan, he was apprehended and assaulted.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners. They are in custody for more than six months.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1292 of 2020(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/2 Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that later on the informant has not supported his fardbeyan but pointed out that there was specific allegation against these petitioners.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Kesaria P.S.case no.436 of 2019.

Accordingly, with the above direction, this application is allowed.
