The petitioner seeks bail in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 105/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10433 of 2015 (2) dt.14-05-2015 2/2 The petitioner Chhotu Rajak @ Rajiv Kumar was apprehended by the villagers but no stolen article was recovered from his possession. From the possession of the petitioner country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of Barun Yadav. The name of Barun Yadav figured in the case in confessional statement of Chhotu Rajak @ Rajiv Kumar. Petitioner Chhotu Rajak is in jail since 8.09.2014 and petitioner Barun Yadav is in jail since 23.01.2015. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ranjan Kumar Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Munger in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case no. 105/2014.
