Some counterfeit notes were recovered from the house of F.I.R. named accused Md. Ayub Ansari on the basis of discloser made by one Rustam Ansari but in course of investigation, it came to light that due to politics rivalry, petitioner got planted counterfeit notes in the house of Md. Ayub Ansari. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Bettiah, West Champaran in
