JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2016 This application has been filed on behalf of petitioner no. 2 Kaushal Yadav to correct the father's name. It is submitted that due to typographical mistake in the application of Cr. Misc. No. 38686 of 2015 father's name of Kaushal Yadav was typed as 'Suken Yadav' and accordingly in the order dated 07.12.2015 father's name of Kaushal Yadav has been typed accordingly, though he is son of Chandan Yadav and in the FIR also father's name of Kaushal Yadav is mentioned as Chandan Yadav and as such prayer has been made to modify the same.

Heard and perused the record.

The mistake appears bonafide typographical mistake and as such the order dated 07.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38686

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2508 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 of 2015 relating to Murliganj P.S. Case No. 34 of 2015 is modified to the extent that father's name of petitioner no. 2 Kaushal Yadav be read as 'Chandan Yadav' in place of 'Suken Yadav'.

In the result, this modification application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
