JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 It appears that vide order dated 27-04-2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 21262 of 2018 by a Bench of this Court, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail with a direction to surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of order and now, through the present petition, the petitioners have come for extension of time for surrender before the court below.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to non-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2734 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 communication, the petitioners could not surrender before the court below within specified time and as such, it has been requested for extension of four weeks time.

However, considering the fact that earlier order was passed in the year 2018 and near about two years time has already been elapsed and as such, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
