The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 14-07-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15944 of 2020.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to COVID-19 Lockdown, the petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the time fixed by this Court, vide order dated 14-07-2020.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the modification petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted further six weeks time to surrender before the court below, in view of the aforesaid order.
