Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected but the petitioner is in jail custody since 29-12-2013 and it appears from the report of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Saran, Chapra that the case of the petitioner has only been committed to the court of sessions and uptill now, charge could not be framed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
