JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be son of the deceased and according to prosecution case, the relation between the deceased and his wife was not cordial and the wife of the deceased was residing separately from the deceased. Furthermore, it is alleged that on account of partition dispute as well as torturing meted out to the deceased by the petitioner and others, the deceased consumed poison. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.11.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
