Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bheldi P.S. Case No.248 of 2018, registered under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Chowkidar is the informant of the case. The Chowkidar alleged that he got information on 17.07.2018 that the son of the petitioners committed suicide on account of some altercation took place between the deceased on the one hand and his parents, the petitioners, on the other for purchasing Surf. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no instigation on the part of the petitioners to drive the son of the petitioners to commit suicide. Some altercation took place and for that the son of the petitioners went inside the room and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3757 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 committed suicide.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XIIth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No.248 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
