2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 415 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 338, 336(3), 340(2), 318(4) and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner impersonating himself as Santosh Kumar Singh participated in the interview of Home Guard Recruitment.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 14.09.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and period of custody, the petitioner, abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 415 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
