2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was celebrating Holi with his friends, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner came there. The petitioner started abusing and assaulting him and on protest, co-accused Sujeet Kumar fired at his left thigh.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5792 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 assault the informant. The allegation of firing is on co-accused Sujeet Kumar and the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- XVI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
