JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, earlier one Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 515 of 2012 was registered against the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he has already been acquitted in the aforesaid case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
