Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302, 201/34 IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

On the recovery of two dead bodies, the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. During the course of investigation, two persons namely, Mankeshwar Pandey and Ajay Shukla were found dead. It appears that with the stolen Bolero vehicle, two persons, namely, Harish Prasad and Brajesh Kumar were apprehended who disclosed that Akhilesh Kumar Singh and Raj Kumar @ Raja were present at the time of committing the offence of murder. It is submitted that Harish Prasad and Brajesh Kumar have already been enlarged on bail and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. Except the confessional statement, there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
