The petitioner is in custody in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner surfaced in the instant case on the confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Kumar. He further submits that other co-accused have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 60503 of 2018 vide order dated 06.10.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is a student.

Considering the totality of the facts situation as discussed above, let the petitioner above named, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2989 of 2019(3) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Gopalganj in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailor should be the government employee /teacher as petitioner claim that he is a student.
